Chiengmai Gymkhana Club, founded in 1898, has the oldest golf course in
Thailand, and is a nine-hole course par 36 and length 2953 yards. The layout of this course is flat but not too easy to
play. Fairways are very tight and hard. Local golfers consider this course a fine place for a quick round or practice
before moving on to more challenging 18 hole venues. The course is ideal for tourists and beginners alike, being so
conveniently positioned in the heart of Chiang Mai city.
End your round with a cold one under the famous giant
rain tree beside the colonial style club house.
